Club policies & procedures

The safety, development and enjoyment of every child is our top priority. These documents set out how we make that happen.

At Gornal DC, the safety, development, and enjoyment of every child is our top priority. Our policies and procedures are in place to ensure a consistent, supportive, and transparent environment for players, parents, and coaches alike.

By making subscription payments into the club, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined within our policies. These include – but are not limited to – safeguarding, fair play, coaching standards, communication protocols, and player development pathways.

We ask all families to familiarise themselves with these documents to help us maintain the positive culture we're building across all teams. If you have any questions about our policies, please don't hesitate to contact us.
